By what mechanism can prisoners be freed?
Describe all the national and social legal systems and administration of justice to which your people are subject
What moral system do they actually try to live by?
What is worst – guilt (of breaking a moral code), shame (and the breaking of relationship), or defilement (ritual uncleanness)?
Do your people expect to receive justice from any system? How? What are they looking for?
