This unit covers practical steps to understanding deeper levels of culture and relating these to Biblical themes which are communicated through storytelling

A set number of stories communicating a Biblical worldview in relation to the constructed worldview of the culture in the trainee’s own cross-cultural church planting context are crafted. |
UNIT DESCRIPTOR
This unit develops an understanding of different cultural concepts of sin and enables the trainee to articulate and communicate concepts of sin and salvation in culturally relevant ways

In this unit different indigenous theologies are analyzed, their relationship to inherited theologies are explained and the relevance of indigenous theology to cross-cultural church planting is articulated
